About the role

Inizio is expanding its footprint in the commercial space and is looking for a senior level director to lead the scientific team and provide strategic account oversight. This is an excellent opportunity to help shape the department and grow the commercial team and business. This is a client-facing role that requires directing client strategy, staff mentoring / management, leading scientific teams in content creation, and partnering with the VPs of scientific and client services and managing director in business development, among other responsibilities.

What you'll bring

• PhD, PharmD, MD with 10+ years of experience of relevant medical communications experience, with an in-depth understanding of commercial rheumatology work
• Track record of successful scientific leadership across several clients/therapeutic categories
• US launch experience required
• Some travel will be required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing staff / direct reports (potentially based across multiple locations)
