Morgan & Morgan is looking for an experienced General Liability Litigation Attorney to join its quickly growing practice of plaintiff's personal injury lawyers and supporting case staff in our growing offices in South Florida. The General Liability Litigation Attorney will handle a heavy and complex case load from pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep and trial. Cases may include representing plaintiffs in slip and fall; security negligence; wrongful death; dog bite / animal attack; and other cases in South Florida. Our law firm's generous and competitive compensation includes a base salary, guaranteed commission, and competitive ongoing commission fees / bonuses (uncapped), as well as a full benefits package. Additionally, each litigator will have a large case staff assisting them, including a dedicated paralegal and a dedicated legal assistant.

What you'll bring

  • Attorneys at Morgan & Morgan are not only expected to get trial experience and frequent exposure to the courtroom on their and their colleagues’ cases, they are required to.
  • Law degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school
  • An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association (FL required)
  • Minimum 3+ years of personal injury / general liability experience
  • Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
  • Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
  • Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
