About the role

This is an onsite position located at any Medtronic facility, with preference being Lafayette, CO, Minneapolis, MN or Galway, Ireland. This position reports to the Vice President & Chief Counsel for the Interventional Cardiology Therapies Business and works closely with the other Chief Counsel within the Cardiovascular Portfolio. This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). This position is eligible for an annual long-term incentive plan.

• Must Have: Minimum Requirements- To be considered for this role, please ensure the minimum requirements are evident in your applicant profile:
• 8+ years of experience as an Attorney
• Be a member in good standing of the bar in the state in which the position is based or be eligible to waive into such state bar or otherwise be eligible to practice in such state (e.g., authorized house counsel program)
• Demonstrated experience providing legal business advisement on digital health programs, data privacy and protection, and/or software development core teams in a regulated environment
• For Office Roles: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be independently mobile.
