About the role
Our firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team and actively participate in all phases of litigation. As a Litigation Attorney , you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, guiding our clients through complex legal matters, and representing them vigorously in court. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, excellent advocacy skills, and a passion for achieving justice for clients.
What you'll bring
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Licensing: Licensed to practice law in California with a strong understanding of state and federal litigation procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on personal injury or employment law cases.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and courtroom skills, with strong legal writing ability.
- Trial Experience: Proven trial experience with the ability to assertively represent clients in high-stakes situations.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as independently, while managing multiple cases effectively.
