About the role

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Production Associates to launch our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be on the front line of building the future of energy, working directly on our production assembly lines to manufacture our cutting-edge battery storage systems. You will be responsible for the mechanical assembly of products, precisely following work instructions, and ensuring every unit meets our high-quality standards. This is an exciting, hands-on, physically active role that requires reliability, efficiency, and a commitment to safety.
