This team includes physicians, pharmacists, care coaches, behavioral health specialists, and more—all working together. They deliver personalized, high-quality care. You'll report to the Associate Medical Director from your home base at our West Orange clinic in Orlando, Florida, with flexible coverage across the Orlando market As a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) at CenterWell Senior Primary Care, you will be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. They deliver personalized, high-quality care.
What you'll bring
- Master's Degree in Nursing or completion of a PA program with board certification.
- Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum one year Experience in value-based care, primary care or Medicare Advantage settings.
- Minimum one year experience as an APP
- Active DEA license and Medicare/Medicaid provider numbers or ability to obtain DEA license and/or Medicaid and Medicare numbers
- Familiarity with HEDIS quality indicators and Medicare guidelines. #LIFM1
