EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and sales driven leader to take on the role of Fitness Manager. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about sales and helping our members achieve their health and wellness goals.

What you'll bring

• 2 years of management experience
• 3-4 years of customer service experience.
• Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, for interacting with employees, management, and vendors.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels and in all functions.
• Strong detail orientation
• systematic and thorough approach to problem solving
• and good time management, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, for interacting with members, personal training clients, employees, management, and vendors.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• And, of course, someone who embraces our Core Values!
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
