About the role
The Public Safety team is responsible for maintaining an environment that is safe for patients, employees, and visitors. To support that initiative, Public Safety maintains a staff of EMTs to work with the Emergency Department and respond to in house emergencies. The Public Safety team seeks an experienced EMT for its team.
What you'll bring
- High School Diploma.
- Emergency Medical Technician - National Registered EMT-B and Delaware EMT-B required.
- BLS
- Emergency Vehicle Operator Certification (EVO-C)
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience interacting with patient in an emergency setting
- 911 experience strongly preferred.
- BLS Instructor preferred.
