About the role
We are seeking a Principal Technical Consultant to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will be engaging with our customers post-sales to develop software solutions on the Appian platform.
What you'll bring
- 7+ years of experience with hands-on software development or technical consulting
- B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or related field/degree
- Willingness to travel
- 20% or less annually to support customer engagement
- The base salary range represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting.
- Actual compensation will be dependent on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant work experience, qualifications, internal peer equity, and market and business conditions that exist when extending an offer.
- Certain positions may be eligible for equity awards.
- A discretionary bonus may be awarded in recognition of individual and company performance.
- familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Analytics, Machine Learning, Google Cloud, Application Integration, Database, Developer Tools, Management & Governance, and Elastic Containers is preferred
