About the role

York is seeking a Senior Flight Dynamics Engineer to lead the design, analysis, and on-orbit support of spacecraft flight dynamics and mission analysis across a range of commercial and national security missions. This role will be fully on-site in our Greenwood Village, CO office.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, computer science, physics or related technical field from accredited university
• Strong background in orbital dynamics, spacecraft subsystems, and their relation to each other
• Demonstrated experience analyzing spacecraft dynamics, control theory, and propulsion performance for trajectory design and constellation geometry
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical work across multiple disciplines and mentor junior engineers
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Collaborative and effective in team environments
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as STK, GMAT, or equivalent
• Proficiency with Python software development
• Able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
• Must have permanent authorization to work in the United States.
• Master’s degree in aerospace engineering, computer science, physics or related technical field from accredited university
• Experience with NASA ORDEM, NASA BUMPER, NASA DAS, NASA MEM3
