About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist for a 20-week travel assignment in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. This position is ideal for a pharmacist with at least 3 years of recent experience in a hospital or acute-care pharmacy environment. The pharmacist will work closely with physicians, nurses, pharmacy technicians, and other clinical staff to ensure safe, accurate, and effective medication therapy for hospitalized patients.

What you'll bring

• Candidates must be comfortable working a rotating day/evening schedule, including rotating weekend coverage and occasional overnight shifts as needed.
• · Rotating weekend coverage
• · Minimum 3 years of professional Pharmacist experience
• · Recent hospital or acute-care pharmacy experience
• · Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
• · Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or other qualifying pharmacy degree
• · Active license to practice pharmacy in the State of Colorado
• · Current BLS – Basic Life Support, American Heart Association
• · Current ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, American Heart Association
• · Epic experience is required
