In our Continuous Care program, caregivers are matched to steady clients based on location, skills, availability, and personal preferences — not just who’s available first. We see caregivers as our clients , too. Our job is to support you, advocate for you, and place you in assignments where you can succeed and stay long-term. What This Role Looks Like: • Consistent schedules • Ongoing support from a dedicated care team that actually knows you • Thoughtful matching — we care about fit, not just filling shifts • A growing company with room to advance This Role Is a Great Fit If You: • Want stable hours and long-term client relationships • Are comfortable with hands-on personal care and dementia support • Value communication, teamwork, and reliability • Are looking for a company you can grow with , not just pick up shifts from • Have fully open availability, weekday availability (ideally 5 days/week) or full weekend availability This Role Is Not a Fit If You: • Only want on-call or occasional shifts • Are not comfortable assisting with bathing, hygiene, or incontinence care • Can’t commit to a consistent weekly schedule • Do not drive or lack reliable transportation Requirements: • Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration • Must have completed a Live Scan background check • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle • Smartphone (iPhone or Android) for scheduling and communication • Strong communication skills and reliability — our clients depend on you
