About the role

This position will oversee the Field Services Coordinators, Utility Inspector Coordinators (UICs) and the Project Field Auditors while ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

• 10 years of experience in scheduling, operations coordination, utility inspections, railroad services, construction, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience leading or mentoring scheduling staff, coordinators, inspectors, or field personnel.
• Experience coordinating projects with contractors, clients, and railroad personnel.
