As a member of the Concierge team, you will ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and efficient service in a courteous and professional manner. You will be responsible for greeting, assisting, and providing guests with information. What you'll bring
- One year certificate from college or technical school
- or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
