Ampersand Therapy is hiring a In this role, you'll provide specialized instruction in a Resource setting, develop and manage IEPs, monitor student progress, and collaborate closely with general education teachers, related service providers, families, and other members of the school team. You'll help students access the general education curriculum while providing individualized support, accommodations, and interventions based on their unique learning needs.
What you'll bring
- Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Education Generalist license or application in process
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field
- Minimum 1 year of classroom experience
- Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs
- Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
- Collaborative and flexible team player
