About the role
Up to $45/hour | Monument/ Colorado Springs Area | Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) for school-based positions near Monument, CO & Colorado Springs. In this role, you’ll support K–12 students by providing speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. You’ll play a key role in helping students strengthen their communication skills and succeed in the classroom setting. This is a great opportunity for both experienced SLPAs and those looking to transition into the school setting. You’ll have the opportunity to gain valuable school-based experience while working alongside supportive professionals who are committed to student success.
What you'll bring
- Active Colorado SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Colorado CDE authorization/certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
