Eagle Quest , a leading organization serving at-risk and disadvantaged youth and their families, is seeking dedicated Home Support Specialists to join our growing team. The Home Support Specialist position is a direct care role in a group home setting, working with foster youth. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment . We are hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time hourly positions for multiple shifts with competitive wages and a range of benefits.
What you'll bring
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid Nevada driver’s license (must be obtained within 30 days of employment)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Child Development, Counseling, etc.)
- (Required to be considered a Qualified Mental Health Associate – QMHA)
- Minimum of one year of experience working with youth or in family preservation programs
- Experience with higher level of care preferred
