About the role

The Financial Data Analyst will partner closely with the FP&A team and business leaders to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance management while serving as a key link between financial analysis, business insights, and enterprise data systems. This role requires technical expertise in database design and monitoring, proficiency with database tools and dashboards and business analysis capabilities to ensure accurate, scalable, and actionable financial insights. You will help design, maintain, and enhance financial reporting systems and data models to ensure data integrity and usability across the organization, in support of the Company’s forecasting processes, performance assessment and operational decision-making.

What you'll bring

• Experience working with ERP systems
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong database and business intelligence experience, including advanced SQL and Tableau (or similar BI tools).
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, curious, and analytical, with the ability to question assumptions, validate data outputs, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working across finance, business, and technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, business-partnering mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, and data validation
• strong PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or a hybrid finance/data role.
• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
