About the role
YETI is seeking a highly motivated Finance Systems Manager to join our Finance organization based at the company’s corporate headquarters in Austin, TX. This position reports directly to the Sr. Director Accounting and sits at the intersection of Finance, IT and Data/AI.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in relevant roles building transferable skills
- must have hands-on experience with major ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and finance tools (e.g. Hyperion, OneStream, Anaplan).
- Strong understanding of master data management and required maintenance processes
- Strong understanding of finance processes (close, consolidation, planning, reporting)
- Proven project management experience, including driving business requirements, performing UAT, and assisting with system cutovers
- Experience implementing or supporting AI, machine learning, or automation solutions within finance or enterprise systems
- Ability to translate between business and technical teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with a focus on controls and accuracy
- Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
- SAP experience is strongly preferred
