About the role

As a Tecovas Seasonal Sales Associate, you will support the store leadership team through the cultivation of a store environment catering to an unmatched customer experience. You will provide exceptional service in all aspects of the sales floor - greeting customers, selling, product knowledge, cash wrap, restocking, and overall shopkeeping. This is a temporary role with an expected start date in late-September 2026 and can last through early-January 2027. Opportunities to become a permanent Sales Associate may become available after the season, pending individual performance and business needs.

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Continually able to stand/walk for extended periods of time, and be able to reach overhead, bend, squat, and kneel as you organize and stock inventory.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), evenings and holidays as needed
