About the role
WorldStrides seeks a full-time High-Volume Recruiter to drive hiring for the teams that deliver our experiential travel and education programs. You will own the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing and screening through video verification and onboarding, and keep candidates engaged by phone, email, and text. You build the teams that bring our programs to life, and you give every candidate a strong experience along the way.
What you'll bring
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or HR
- Experience managing multiple requisitions and high-volume hiring on tight timelines
- Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS platform
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and relationship-building skills
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication
- Strong organization and attention to detail across competing priorities
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- A candidate-first mindset
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Greenhouse and ADP
- Experience recruiting for seasonal, education, travel, hospitality, camp, or event-based programs
