About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Coach at our Phoenix MicroSchool  to support students attending a RISE Institute MicroSchool. The ideal candidate will work directly with students in a physical space to ensure they remain engaged, supported, and successful in their learning. This role includes helping students stay on task, assisting with assignments, managing behavior, and organizing engaging, faith-aligned activities.

• Basic understanding of Islamic values, practices, and terminology.
• Energetic, patient, and committed to fostering a positive Islamic learning environment.
• Experience working with children in a school or educational setting is preferred.
