What you'll bring
- A global law firm seeks to hire an associate to join their dynamic and growing Investment Management, Hedge Funds and Alternative Investments practice.
- We seek a mid-to-senior level associate with experience in the Investment Management industry, including experience with the Investment Company Act (’40 Act), the Investment Advisers Act and other federal securities laws.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and writing skills.
