This is a consulting role for an up-and-coming accounting leader who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments and can drive financial discipline,  reporting accuracy, and develop scalable  process  across portfolio companies. The Finance and Accounting Manager will  be responsible for  developing and executing key value creation initiatives within the finance and accounting function, Including accounting and finance process optimization, GAAP compliance, month-end close, financial analysis, modeling, and business process improvements.  This role balances hands-on accounting expertise with strategic advisory responsibilities, partnering with clients across multiple industries.

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, promoting professional growth and development and continuous improvement.
  • Identify  opportunities for  additional  client engagements and collaborate with business development teams to expand relationships.
  • 5–10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
