About the role
The Field Office Director provides leadership to the USCRI Field Office in Atlanta, GA which offers a variety of essential services for new refugee arrivals and immigrants. Programs include refugee resettlement, employment services, health navigation, mental health services, youth programming, interpretation services, small business development, childcare, and community agriculture projects. Core responsibilities for the Director include leadership of a mission-driven group of case management and operations staff, quality assurance for client services, strategic program and funding development, financial management, and dynamic community engagement. The Field Office Director reports to the Senior Director of Field Offices and works as part of a leadership network of senior managers.

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of eight (8) years of professional work experience with supervisory and program management experience;
- Demonstrated commitment to humanitarian response, for refugees, immigrants, asylum seekers, and/or other vulnerable populations;
- Strong leadership experience and team-building skills, with the capacity to serve as lead for provision of trauma-informed, culturally appropriate, and competent client care;
- Solid experience with budget management and oversight of financial processes;
- Experience with strategic planning for program growth and fundraising;
- Experience with monitoring & evaluation activities to ensure program quality and compliance with federal, state, and local grant/donor requirements;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to government funders, donors, clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and experience, multicultural staff, community partners, and volunteers;
- Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively in crisis management;
- Exceptional time management, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines;
- Strong decision-making skills and capacity to delegate decision-making to team members;
