About the role

The Executive Protection Agent will support the security of executive leadership by providing close protection, secure transportation, and residential security. You will collaborate with the Risk Intelligence team to identify risks to executives and their families and implement appropriate mitigations.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in executive protection, law enforcement, military, or private security
• Experience integrating threat assessments into protective intelligence strategies
• Experience conducting travel security planning and logistics
• Strong decision-making under pressure
• High level of discretion, integrity and professionalism
• Advanced situational awareness and risk mitigation skills
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Must be willing to travel up to 50%
