About the role

AECOM is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Control Manager to support federal infrastructure projects/programs. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, security, and accessibility of project documentation across all phases of project delivery. The ideal candidate will lead document control operations, establish and maintain records management processes, oversee administrative functions, and support multidisciplinary project teams in meeting client, contractual, and regulatory requirements. This position can be located in several cities, including: Robles Junction, AZ; Sonoita, AZ; Casa Grande, AZ; Indio, CA; and San Diego, CA. What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related document control, records management, or project administration experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of document control, records management, or project administration experience supporting federal projects.
  • Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, environmental, transportation, water, or facilities programs for federal agencies.
  • Advanced proficiency with electronic document management systems (EDMS), records management software, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing document control procedures and quality management processes.
  • Experience managing project budgets, invoices, and administrative reporting functions.
  • Knowledge of federal records retention requirements, quality assurance procedures, and contractual documentation standards.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple project teams and locations.
