About the role

Hexcel is currently seeking an Electrical Technician for our Casa Grande, AZ, USA location. This position pays a $1.75 per hour shift premium and is on our “T4” 2x2x5x5 shift: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday (Week 1) 7:00PM to 7:00AM; and Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (Week 2) 7:00PM to 7:00AM.

What you'll bring

• Must have full working set of essential electrician tools.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) At least two years’ experience as a qualified journey-level Electrical Technician.
• Technical Degree or Journey-level Certificate in the area of expertise from an accredited college or technical program may substitute for one or more years of journey-level experience.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Valid Driver License.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
• Ability to apply mathematical concepts to electronic formulas.
• Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as determination of test reliability and validity and electronic theory.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
