About the role

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Senior Hazardous Waste Operations Supervisor for our Casa Grande, AZ team. We are seeking a professional capable of working side by side with our Plant Manager optimizing safety, compliance, and hazardous waste throughput. This position reports to the Plant Manager . This role is onsite at our Casa Grande, AZ facility.

What you'll bring

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build, lead teams, provide direction to staff along with regular reporting to senior management.
• 5-10+ years’ experience within the hazardous fuels operations industry.
• Specific experience importing/exporting hazardous fuels waste between the nations of Mexico and the United States.
• Proven experience in a managerial role with strong leadership and team building skills
• In depth knowledge of safety regulations and quality control processes
• Possess strategic, rail transportation, planning, warehousing and rail logistics, problem analysis, and creativity skills.
• Expertise in all MS suite applications with strong Excel skills.
• Excellent math skills.
• 40-hour OSHA Hazwoper Certification w/ current 8-hr refresher
• D.O.T.
• Hazardous Materials Training
• Able to obtain and maintain a fork truck license
