ProSidian Consulting has an opportunity for a [MOPIT-ARFP2013 : Manager of IT and Operations ] located in Charlotte, NC | POSTING TYPE: THIS IS A FULL-TIME W2 HIRE ProSidian Consulting is seeking an experienced Manager of IT and Operations to provide general oversight of the IT and Operations infrastructure, provisioning, planning, installation and operation for the firm’s management and operations consulting practice. Responsible for researching and planning for implementation of the most recent technologies applicable to the industry. Tasks include managing the system hardware, operating systems, software, and procedures that adhere to the firm’s values and goals. The overall role is to enable partners and staff to effectively work and minimize their time spent on IT and operations. The Manager of IT and Operations takes care of many tasks involved in making sure our firm runs smoothly and is also responsible for supporting business development, strategic resourcing, recruiting and other roles as necessary to enhance the competitive positioning of the firms go to market strategy. This includes participating on client serving engagements where technology, process, and operations skills are required. The Manager of IT and Operations should excel at operating in a fast pace, Professional Services (NAICS 541611) environment with demonstrated experience with client service and a knowledge of government contract management, have experience in organizational effectiveness and can implement operations management best practices.
