What you'll bring

• Licensed Legal Paraprofessional certification in Colorado is required.
• Colorado Certified Paralegal (CP) designation or completion of an accredited paralegal program.
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.
• High-level proficiency with Microsoft Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, and Zoom conferencing technology.
• Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to respond quickly to changing client needs and legal deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward case management.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends to meet urgent deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field is preferred.
• Some experience with family law preferred.
