About the role
This role is hybrid out of the Madison, WI facility. Candidates will need to reside in a commutable distance from the office. The Director of Global Environment, Health & Safety, will lead the global EHS program for Accuray globally. They will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing a world-class EHS program, that will ensure the health and safety of Accuray employees and contractors, and full compliance to regulations. They will be responsible for defining, developing, and driving an environmental sustainability initiative, that will ensure responsible environmental stewardship. They will lead a global team of EHS professionals and direct the efforts of EHS champions across the organization. This position will report directly to the SVP of Global Operations, with strong alignment to additional key functional VP/SVP leaders. They will need to influence broadly to be effective.
