Their services include Business, Individual, State & Local tax, R&D Tax Credit, as well as International and Private Client services This Senior Manager role will be based out of our any of our  California, Chicago, Houston, New Jersey, New York City, or Philadelphia office . You'll work alongside an integrated team of seasoned, well-known CPAs and industry leaders. What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA license or Masters of Science in Taxation
• 8+ years of prior experience working in the tax department of a public accounting, with experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff
• Excellent analytical and technical tax skills
• Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment
• Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to represent the Firm well to client’s management
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management skills, and strong attention to detail
• Ability to travel as needed
