The Transaction Review S pecialist (TRS) will be a member of the Transaction Services team. The TR S pecialist will be primarily responsible for ensuring every approved consumer transaction is correctly documented in the ecoATM database and m e et s the required criteria for an approved transaction. The position requires the ability to remain focused while quickly and thoroughly reviewing ecoATM transactions. Accordingly , attention to detail is a must . Please note: This position is full time with a 40 hour work week. The role will require a flexible shift schedule with the ability to work nights/weekends.
What you'll bring
- High School Diploma /GED or 1+ year experience in retail or fast-paced environment, to include 6+ months of data entry/verification experience required
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, ensuring timely completion
- Must be self-motivated, resourceful
- Proven ability to work autonomously
- Proficient in data entry
- A bl e to navigate through databases
- B asic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
- E ffective oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- T imely attendance
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
