About the role
We currently have an immediate need for a Cisco Call Manager/Telephony/VOIP engineer.
What you'll bring
- The contract would require somebody who could take on the day to day telephony duties and engineering.
- The candidate will also need to be confident and be willing to work heavily with our Customer Service department and have a good call center background.
- This candidate will basically function as a part of our team and will be engaged in projects, upgrades and change control procedures.
- ININ experience is a huge plus as well.
