About the role
The Data Analyst independently analyzes diverse data sets to identify trends, deliver insights, and guide strategic business decisions. This mid-level role collaborates across departments, develops executive-ready reports and dashboards, and plays a key role in interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs) to influence business outcomes. This position requires the incumbent to be physically present at the assigned worksite. The regular schedule is from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with an hour lunch, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Employees are also expected to work at least one non-convention farm event a year and to work at the annual company convention.
What you'll bring
- Proficiency in Excel and intermediate SQL.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with business intelligence tools and dashboards.
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing metrics and their influence on business outcomes.
- Experience with agentic AI tools
- 3–5 years of experience in business analytics or a related quantitative role.
- A combination of education and experience may meet this requirement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Accounting, or related field.
