We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support hiring across multiple areas of our business. This full-cycle recruiter will partner closely with hiring teams to identify, engage, and hire high-quality talent in competitive markets. You will use strong sourcing, relationship-building, and recruiting fundamentals to deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience while helping us build strong, diverse teams. What you'll bring

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Comfortable sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search techniques
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System or candidate management tool
• Solid interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate qualifications, culture alignment and potential
• Comfortable learning and using emerging recruiting technologies, including AI-powered tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering a great experience to candidates and hiring teams
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple roles at once
• Collaborative and team-oriented, willing to support teammates and pitch in where needed
• Motivated by helping candidates find the right opportunity and closing offers successfully
• ideally within a technology, software, or SaaS environment (in-house or agency)
• Workday experience is a plus
