About the role

As a member of TransPerfect Staffing Solutions Team, the Legal Recruiter will focus on all stages of the recruiting process for contract legal placement, primarily for document review and litigation support projects.. As a recruiter you will interview, check references, and extend offers for new contract legal hires specific to document review and litigation support. You will also post positions and maintain a candidate database.

What you'll bring

• 1-3+ years high volume recruiting, legal recruiting, or legal industry experience
• Strong sense of urgency
• Extremely organized and detailed oriented
• Adept at full-cycle project management
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Keen problem-solving methodology
• Creative problem solving, ability to develop strategies and solutions to meet client expectations
• Highly proficient managing and maintaining data bases, learning new software and working with Outlook and Excel
• Experience in eDiscovery document review recruiting is a plus
