About the role
This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office. This position at Booking Holdings (BHI) will play a critical role in supporting the Compensation team in providing best-in-class compensation policies, processes, and support to Booking Holdings leadership and employees. The role is responsible for supporting assigned client groups with all compensation needs. The Senior Compensation Analyst will assist with the design and administration of compensation policies, contribute to the budget/forecast process in partnership with Finance, and evaluate and benchmark roles. This position plays a crucial role in identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring compensation policies align with business goals.
What you'll bring
- Proven ability to use discretion in dealing with confidential information
- Knowledge of legislation impacting compensation (e.g. FLSA, pay transparency)
- not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required.
- Experience with Mercer IPE is a plus
- Experience with Google Suite is a plus
