About the role
This position is responsible for increasing and maintaining player frequency and the development of new Asian casino customers.
What you'll bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in the service industry involving extensive contact with customers or the general public
- Must be fluent in English and at least one dialect of Chinese, Korean or Vietnamese and have an understanding of the Asian culture
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Ability to make sound judgment calls relating to comps
- Ability to remain in control in stressful or high pressure situations
- Excellent negotiation and reasoning skills
- Ability to interact with large and small groups in a highly professional manner
- Adaptable and open to new ideas and changes
- Demonstrates consistent politeness and a positive attitude toward guests
- Knowledge of the VIP Lounge software, ACSC, SharePoint, FPR, LMS, Rainmaker, Salesforce and group messaging systems
