About the role
The Service Director is responsible for directing building maintenance operations and maintaining the buildings’ mechanical systems according to CIM Group’s operating and safety standards. Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget. At CIM, base pay is one part of the total compensation package. - Understanding of basic building mechanical systems.
- Understanding of cleaning processes.
- Ability to travel within the United States.
- Valid Driver license.
- Ability to carry up to 20lbs.
- The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required.
- 8 years’ experience in high-end client service environment preferably in a hospitality related field.
- Spanish speaking skills preferred but not required.
- OSHA certification preferred.
