About the role

AGE Solutions is looking for a Sr Cybersecurity Policy Specialist to lead our team in support of a cybersecurity program with our DoD customer.

What you'll bring

• Must have and maintain an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• DoD 8570 IA Technical (IAT) Level III certification.
• Eight (8) years overall in cybersecurity or a similar technical field
• Three (3) years specifically working in cybersecurity policy development roles.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and interpreting security policies, procedures, standards, CONOPS, and governance documents
• Proven ability to prepare and present technical documentation, strategic briefings, and governance materials for senior-level DoD boards
• Proficient in applying knowledge management best practices using tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, or Wikis to enhance collaboration and information accessibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Individuals in this role must be available to work full-time on-site at our customer’s location in Ft.
• Meade, MD.
• Final compensation will be determined based on factors including years of relevant experience, active security clearance level, certifications, technical skillset, contract requirements, and overall qualifications.
