About the role
The Operations & Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the end to end product movement and production within the plant. They are responsible for managing the Operation in a multi-shift environment with 400 + full-time associates on a daily basis across the Ecommerce and Ready to Heat business lines. The Operations Manager is responsible for directly leading and managing the production team and partnering across departments within the plant to convert raw product into meal kits efficiently and with high quality. The Operations Manager is responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies and policies to achieve organizational goals and objectives. This position requires 5% travel.
What you'll bring

- 3+ years of proven direct supervision and management experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflict, build consensus, and facilitate problem-solving and collaboration amongst cross functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes and KPIs within span of control and across departments
- Completion of a two-year program: Associate’s / Bachelor's preferred
- Experience in food manufacturing highly desirable
- Experience with Sanitation and Quality Policies and Procedures highly desirable
- Food Manufacturing preferred
