About the role

The base salary for this role is $100,000 - $115,000, based on experience. The Baltimore Orioles are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits for our employees. What you'll bring

• National Athletic Trainers’ Association Board of Certification, in good standing.
• 5 or more years of experience in professional baseball or high level competitive sport.
• Eligible and in good standing for Maryland and Florida Athletic Training State Licensure.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Relocation to the Baltimore, MD area.
• Previous professional baseball experience (Major or Minor League).
• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred
