About the role

You will partner with Health Center Managers and Medical Assistant IIIs to deliver standardized training across our clinics . Because you will be training staff in various learning settings across the state, this role requires the ability to travel up to 100% of the time to PPM health centers .

What you'll bring

• High school diploma (or equivalent) with 4 years of healthcare experience, OR a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of healthcare experience.
• Demonstrated experience training or coaching others, paired with strong public speaking and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and the ability to drive to all PPM health centers (this role requires up to 100% travel).
• Current CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain immediately after employment).
• Ability to draw blood/phlebotomy, place IVs, administer injections, and perform obstetric ultrasounds, or willingness to learn these skills post-hire.
• Highly Preferred: Bilingual fluency
• Preferred: Previous experience in a medical setting, familiarity with Epic EMR, and expert skills in formatting and layout design of training documents.
