About the role
sector has an opening for a Principal or Senior Principal level RF Antenna COSITE Engineer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our organization. This position will be located in Melbourne, FL . In this role, you will contribute to the overall development and integration of RF Subsystems, including analyzing performance, developing and managing requirements and interfaces, and verifying/validating all allocated requirements.

- Must have a Bachelors degree in a STEM field and at least 5 years of relevant military / professional experience, OR a Master's Degree in a STEM field and at least 3 years of relevant military / professional experience, OR a PhD and at least 1 year of relevant military / professional / academic experience
- Must have a Bachelors degree in a STEM field and at least 8 years of relevant military / professional experience, OR a Master's Degree in a STEM field and at least 6 years of relevant military / professional experience, OR a PhD and at least 4 years of relevant military / professional experience
- Must have experience in one or more of the following: • Designing, integrating, testing, installing, operating LOS and BLOS communication systems in airborne military applications
- Must have data analysis experience
- Must have experience in supplier/subcontract management
- Must have experience with developing supplier documentation, performance based specifications, and statements of work
