About the role
We are seeking an Operations Manager to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operations of Ultra-Pure Water system at a customer site. In this role, you will assist with planning, coordinating, and executing daily operations and maintenance activities, while supervising technical teams and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. You will act on behalf of the Site Leader when required and play a key role in driving continuous improvement in system performance and reliability.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in operations and maintenance roles within an industrial or utility environment.
- 2–4 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Experience using CMMS/EAM systems and maintenance planning techniques.
- Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools.
- To meet customer requirements and comply with local or state regulations, applicants for certain customer-facing roles may need to:
- Undergo additional background screens and/or drug/alcohol testing for customer credentialing.
- Professional certifications in maintenance or asset management (e.g., CMRP, PMP).
- Experience in water, microelectronics, utilities, chemicals, or infrastructure sectors.
