About the role
We are seeking a Dev Ops Engineer for a long-term consulting role with a leading Fortune 500 organization in the Charlotte area. This position will initially be a six month duration with strong likelihood of extension, and possibility for conversion to a permanent position. - Ability to multitask and maintain productivity with frequent interruptions
- Ability to write and follow technical documentation
- Hands on
- Windows and windows command line
- Basic knowledge of Unix commands
- Build scripting
- Debugging build failures
- GIT setup – Build automation
- IT Helpdesk experience a plus
- AGILE development methodology (nice to have)
- System administration experience in at least one tool preferred
