About the role

Works on the most complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variance factors. Plans, performs, and acts as the escalation point for the most complex platform designs, coding, and testing. Leads most complex multiple modeling, simulations, and analysis efforts. Acts as expert technical resource to programming staff in the program development, testing, and implementation process.: 10+ years application development and implementation experience.

What you'll bring

• The WBR Business Events capability team is looking to add a dynamic individual to help with our POC efforts.
• This individual will be helping to create event emitters using .NET or java, modify our rules engine (Drools, esper),create rules in our Complex Event Processing engine (Esper, Apache Storm), support our messaging bus configuration (IBM MQ and IBM MessageSight) and helping with our Big Data piece (Hadoop)
• Preferable IBM MQ and Kafka experience but 1+ year experience with any async messaging platform.
• 3+ years Java programming. .NET experience also preferable Event and complex event Processing
• Apache Storm, EsperTech Esper.
• Hadoop and MapReduce.
• Experience with IBM MessageSight Experience with Apache Mahout
• Experience with IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM)
• Experience with Tibco BusinessEvents
• Experience with WebMethods Business Events
• Prefer someone who has experience in Pub/Sub architecture Programming
• Prefer experience with Drools Big Data
