About the role
The Associate Project Manager (APM) is a junior, owner’s representative project management role that functions as the project coordinator on utility-scale energy projects — wind, solar, and battery-energy-storage (BESS) — as a member of EPP’s Project Management Solutions (PMS) team. Working on behalf of the owner and supporting the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, the APM owns the administrative and documentation backbone of project delivery, working heavily in tools like Procore to manage submittals, RFIs, and document transmittals. The APM reports to the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within the project organization and to the Director – Resource Solutions within the EPP Resources division. Beyond documentation, the APM facilitates contract management, pay-application processing, change-order execution, and owner-furnished-equipment coordination, and takes on tasks delegated by the PM while developing toward independent project management.
